Wishing Eric Hostetter All the Best

Before there was a Bruceville Point, even before there was a Tenfold Senior Living, people dared to reimagine what senior living looked like. One of those people was Eric Hostetter, who had been working in senior living since 1998. In its previous iteration, the current Tenfold team found Eric and, inspired by his creativity and joy, invited him to join them.
In the intervening years, that company continued to dream and iterate on its senior living communities. They built Prairie City Landing, with Eric as an integral contributor. Eric was the Executive Director when it opened in 2016. He served there while also sharing insights on the development of Bruceville Point.
When Bruceville Point was nearly ready for residents, Eric welcomed people—all in the midst of a pandemic. He helped establish Tenfold Senior Living, no longer just a development company, but a management company, ensuring that the vision for a vibrant, engaged community with care you can trust was realized.
Selfishly, we are heartbroken to see Eric pursue his next opportunity. He has shaped both Prairie City Landing and Bruceville Point in ways big and small—lending a helping hand when residents move in, singing karaoke, donning costumes every Halloween, and making every day feel like cause for celebration. He has trusted and empowered his team to go above and beyond in their roles. We will miss Eric tremendously!
At the same time, we are thrilled for him. As he transitions to become a regional director of operations for a larger senior living company, we know Eric will be in his happy place—solving issues to make senior living communities comfortable places to live.
Eric might be physically leaving, but his presence will continue to be felt in the welcoming joy and vibrancy he nurtured at Bruceville Point.
We hope to lure him back to say hello, join us for happy hour, and hear how his new role is going. Until then, Eric, we wish you all the best! Thank you for your dedicated service to Tenfold Senior Living.
Enjoy this short tribute to Eric.
