What is the Hiring Process?
While the interview process may vary slightly depending on the position, here's what you can generally expect:

Recruiter phone screen
If your qualifications are a good match for the role, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a phone conversation to discuss your experience, the position, and answer any initial questions.
Step 3
Community Interview
Candidates who move forward will be invited to interview with the department director at Bruceville Point.

Next Steps
After interviews are complete, our team will determine next steps and communicate with candidates as decisions are made.

FAQs
Requirements vary by position, but all team members must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet scheduling expectations. Some positions require certifications, licenses, or previous experience. Final candidates will also be required to complete a background check and other pre-employment requirements. We also maintain a COVID-safe environment. Team members must meet our vaccination policy or qualify for a reasonable accommodation based on medical or sincerely held religious reasons.
