Amazing
Spaces

To offer a truly independent lifestyle, a community needs spaces that support the way residents want to live.

The design of our communities, down to the last detail, is a passion at Tenfold. In the same way that we’ve considered every element your apartment, we’ve invested in creating these wonderful common spaces where our residents gather and live.

Gathering Places

The Bistro is our all-day ‘town hall’, where residents start the day with a latte, and catch up with a glass of wine with friends and family before dinner. Two more full restaurants give residents the choice of three dining venues, each with its own atmosphere and menu. The gym has generous space for group exercise, and fitness classes are enjoyed as much for the camaraderie as for the workout. Socializing spaces include the Club Room, with catering available for private parties. You’ll appreciate the adjacent patio when you decide to take the celebration outside.

Dedicated Spaces

Residents enjoy movies, lectures and performances by visiting artists in our state-of-the-art theatre. We have a dedicated, well-equipped art studio where residents can pursue all things creative, as well as bringing in instructors for occasional classes. In addition to our group fitness classes, the gym is fully set up for individual workouts with equipment designed specifically for seniors. Whatever the occasion, our on-site salon ensures that you’ll look great for every event.

Outdoor Living

We’ve considered every facet of outdoor living in the design of our beautifully landscaped courtyard. Amenities include an outdoor living room with seating for both sun-worshippers and shade-lovers, a bocce court, a fire pit and outdoor dining area with gas BBQs available to residents and their families. For gardeners, there are raised planters for growing your own herbs or vegetables, along with a cutting garden featuring lavender and tea roses. Our furry best friends have their place, too. There’s an exercise area for dogs and cats with adjacent seating that overlooks the courtyard.
