Nicole Grayson, Resident Services Director

I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse with seven years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in skilled nursing, leadership, education, and senior care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for seniors at many different stages of life, and those experiences have shaped both the professional I am today and the way I view life.

As the Resident Services Director at Bruceville Point, I bring my clinical background and passion for senior care into everything I do. I believe every resident deserves to feel known, valued, respected, and truly at home. For me, senior living is about more than providing excellent care—it’s about building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and making the little moments count, because those little moments often become the biggest ones.

“One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from working with seniors is to appreciate the little moments. Life isn’t made up of only the big milestones—it’s made up of hundreds of little moments that, when put together, become the memories and experiences that matter most. A shared laugh, a favorite song, a familiar story, a good meal, or simply taking the time to sit and connect with someone can make an ordinary day meaningful.”
