Having a full-time in-house Fitness Director is just one way we support health and wellness at Bruceville Point. In addition to working out in the fitness center, residents can enjoy walking paths throughout the community. Devoted gardeners take full advantage of our courtyard’s raised beds, while the bocce court, above, is the setting for some fiercely competitive tournaments.
Planned activities frequently take fitness beyond the gym with outings to local trails, parks and nearby recreational areas.
Our program includes:
A wide range of strength, endurance, flexibility and balance classes that allow you to exercise and connect socially with your community, both in the gym and with active outings.
A dedicated space for classes and a spacious gym area with workout equipment tailored for older adults.
Educational sessions on nutrition and mindfulness led by our Fitness Director and guest speakers in our movie theater.

Trips outdoors allow residents to enjoy the beauty of nature while engaging in fun, novel types of exercise, such as disc golf, basketball, and Olympic rings.
Indoors, the 25+ weekly classes offer something for everyone to get stronger. Our strength/resistance classes help improve strength, mobility, balance, and cognitive function.
Taken together, the robust offerings at Bruceville Point help residents be more mobile and feel more youthful.
