Eric Auclair, Culinary Director

I have a degree in Culinary Arts and a degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island Campus. Since 1995, I’ve worked in kitchens in roles ranging from dishwasher/porter to Executive Chef and everything in between. Most notably, I’ve been an Executive Chef at the Cheesecake Factory and was a multi-unit General Manager for Eurest, a Business Dining sector of Compass Group, USA. I also oversaw all aspects of food service at the Intel campus in Folsom, California for more than five years.
