I bring more than 27 years experience in the senior living industry, beginning as a server at the age of 16 and working in roles such as receptionist, housekeeping, and Culinary Director. These positions gave me a strong foundation in both hospitality and operations, as well as a deep understanding of residents’ needs. My career reflects both my dedication to senior living and my ability to create positive experiences for both residents and staff.
