Working with people has always been the center focus of my career. I started out working with seniors and later gained experience supporting adults with mental illness and special needs. When I found my way back to older adults at Bruceville Point, it felt like home. I take pride in building meaningful connections with residents and families in both Harbor and Resident Services, as well as providing mentorship and encouraging positive, supportive growth among the care teams.

Every resident or family I meet- their stories, experiences, and wisdom have reinforced the importance of connection, presence, and cherishing the time we have left with people who matter to us. I often have moments when I remember to slow down and appreciate people around me.”
